Hatsukaichi Aikido Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") will handle any personal information it acquires in the following manner, and will make every effort to comply with the laws and regulations concerning personal information and to protect personal information in all possible ways.

　To the extent necessary, the Club may ask for personal information when you inquire about or join the Club.

　The Club will use the personal information it collects for the following purposes: to notify you of changes to practice dates and times, to respond to your inquiries, and to respond to emergencies.

　The Club will not disclose or provide acquired personal information to third parties. However, the Club will not provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the individual, when requested to do so by the police or other public authorities, or when required to do so by law.

　When the Club receives a request from an individual to disclose, correct, or delete his or her own personal information, the Club will respond appropriately.
